Jan Loeb

Member of the Board

Mr. Loeb brings to NewStem’s board of directors significant expertise and experience, cultivated over more than 40 years of financial management, investment banking, public company management and audit committee.

Currently Mr. Loeb is the Chairman of NovelStem International Corp (OTC Pink: NSTM), a Managing Member of Leap Tide Capital Management LLC, the President and CEO of Acorn Energy, Inc. and the Director of Keweenaw Land Association, Ltd.

Among Mr. Loeb previous rolls he was a Director and Lead Director of American Pacific. He also served as the President of Leap Tide’s predecessor, Leap Tide Capital Management Inc. Mr Loeb  was a Portfolio Manager of Chesapeake Partners. He was a  Managing Director at Jefferies & Company, Inc.  and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Inc.  He served  as both a Lead Director and Director in American Pacific Corporation. He served as an Independent Director of Pernix Therapeutics Holdings Inc. He served as a Director of TAT Technologies, Ltd. and Keweenaw Land Association, Ltd.
